The Philosophy

House on Van Street is a slow-fashion project focused on reconstruction, permanence, and emotional durability.

We work primarily with reclaimed textiles, secondhand garments, vintage fabrics, and custom materials to create one-of-one wearable pieces designed to live with the wearer over time.

Every garment is approached as both utility and artifact - something meant to be worn, repaired, remembered, and passed forward.

Our first releases focus on reconstructed ponchos and denim, with future plans for bespoke commissions, heiloom reconstruction, and original house-developed materials.

No mass production.
No trend cycles.
Small runs only.
